How long is shipping?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped, as product are only made at the time of receipt.

We offer Canada Post and UPS as our shipping options. Canada Post is the option chosen, unless otherwise specified. Shipping rates are stated at the time of checkout. There are no shipping charges for orders over $100, before taxes are applied.

Can I return a product?

If you are unhappy with a product, please contact us immediately. If the product is unopened, return the item (shipping rates apply) with an explanation of what you did not like, within 30 days of receipt. You may receive a credit, a replacement item, or exchange for another product.
