Our Cold & Sinus is a pure essential oil blend which helps to reduce congestion and aid with recovery from cold and sinus symptoms. This blend will help prevent infection when used at the first signs of a cold or 'flu. The oils have anti-viral, anti-microbial and expectorant properties and help boost your immune system.
There are a number of applications for our essential oil blends. A few drops can be added to a bath, to the Organic Massage Oil or an unscented, natural lotion base. Massage your back, chest area and the soles of your feet with the oil or lotion. A few drops can be put in each corner of your pillow, added to a steam vapourizer or an oil burner. Steam inhalation, over a bowl with a towel, is also effective for respiratory ailments and sinus congestion.
